Autumn in Karuizawa, Japan | A Peaceful Fall Getaway

Today I'm going to take you to Karuizawa, an amazing resort town in Nagano prefecture. This is one of my favorite places in Japan or anywhere. My wife and I fall more in love with this place each time we visit. Getting there is half the fun! I love riding reserved-seat trains on longer journeys. For me, there's just something romantic about it. I like to watch the landscape fly by the windows and feel the gentle sway of the train as it rushes down the track.
