It’s time to (verb)  OR It’s time for (noun)
= Now is the time to do something, or for something.
It’s time to eat lunch.
It’s time for lunch.”
It’s 11:30, time to go to bed.”
It’s time for bed.”
“My bicycle is 8 years old! It’s time tobuy a new one.”
