Here are some common uses of the preposition AT. Please read the following examples:

Someone’s age when something happened-

“I moved out of my parents at (the age of) 24.”

“Oscar started playing baseball at (the age of) 6. That’s why he is so talented!”

The speed that something was moving-

“The police think the car was travelling at a speed of 180 km/h at the time of the crash.”

The temperature at which something happens-

“Water boils at 100 °C.”

“This is your captain speaking. We are now flying at a speed of 750 km/h and cruising at an altitude of 8000 meters. Thank you for flying English 808 airlines and enjoy your flight!”
