quaint Charmingly odd
“The hotel we stayed at was over 100 years old. The was building was quaint with spiral wooden staircases.

qualified – having the appropriate qualifications (abilities) for an office, position or task.

quirky – having peculiar or odd actions.
“I like Steve, but he’s a little quirky sometimes.”
